Orders, Payments, and Fulfillment

Our shop allows you to purchase bubble craps-themed merchandise. All transactions are securely processed via PayPal or other supported gateways. We do not store payment details directly. Orders are printed and shipped by third-party partners such as Printify. Production time is typically 2-5 business days, with shipping taking an additional 3-7 business days depending on destination. Total delivery time ranges from 5-12 business days.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom print-on-demand nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, or buyer’s remorse. Please review size charts carefully before ordering.

We DO accept returns for:

• Damaged items during shipping
• Printing defects or quality issues
• Wrong item sent by our fulfillment partner

Return Process:

Contact us at mark@bubble-craps.com within 14 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the issue (if applicable)
• Description of the problem

We’ll work with our print provider to resolve issues through replacement or refund. Return shipping for defective items is covered by us.

Size Exchanges:

Due to print-on-demand limitations, we cannot exchange items for different sizes. Please refer to our size guides before placing your order.
